This survey represents the first stage in the development of a standardized and validated questionnaire for use in the behavioral assessment of domestic cats. The survey takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. Please complete the survey for only one cat per household, preferably by choosing one at random (e.g. put their names in a hat or similar container and select one with your eyes closed).
